Synthora 2.0 is here, and it changes how teams automate work: several agents can now plan, act and report as one team.
For the past year, most customers used Synthora to run one capable agent per task. That worked well for focused jobs, but real business processes rarely stop at one step. Version 2.0 introduces multi-agent workflows, shared memory and full run timelines, so complex processes can run end to end without custom glue code.
Why Multi-Agent Workflows Matter
A support escalation needs triage, research, drafting and approval. Until now, teams stitched those steps together with scripts and webhooks that broke whenever a prompt changed. In 2.0, each step is an agent with its own model, tools and guardrails, and Synthora handles every handoff between them.

Shared Context Without the Glue Code
Agents in the same workflow now read from and write to a shared memory. Each one sees exactly the context it needs, and nothing more.
That means the research agent can pass verified facts to the drafting agent, which can pass a finished reply to the reviewer, without anyone copying data between systems. Permissions still apply at every step, so sensitive records stay with the agents allowed to see them.
Shared memory is versioned per run. If something goes wrong, you can replay the workflow from any step with the same inputs and compare the results side by side.
Every Run Is Traceable From Start to Finish
The new timeline view shows which agent did what, which tools it called and how long each step took. Costs, retries and approvals appear on the same screen, so reviews take minutes instead of hours.
Compliance teams can export any run as a complete audit record. Engineering teams can use the same view to spot slow steps, noisy prompts and tools that fail more often than they should.
How to Get Started With Version 2.0
Existing workflows keep running exactly as they are, and nothing changes until you choose to upgrade. When you are ready, open any workflow, choose Add agent and connect it to a step.
Our migration guide walks through the most common patterns, from a simple triage-and-reply flow to a multi-step approval chain, in under fifteen minutes. Multi-agent workflows are available today on every paid plan, and Enterprise customers can enable shared memory controls per workspace. We cannot wait to see what your teams build, so share your first workflow with us.
